1. Delivery information

1.1. Standard delivery

Shipping costs €5 for orders under 69€ and is free for orders above €69.

The delivery time varies depending on the country of destination and will usually be within 1-6 days.

We currently offer a paid express shipping service to select countries.

1.3. Returns

We’ve extended our return policy! Purchases made between November 1 and November 27 can be returned until January 11. For all other purchases, our standard 45-day return policy applies.

We offer free returns within 45 days through our return portal. If you use our return label, you remain responsible for the package until we receive it.
